You can purchase the 24/7 incident service in combination with one of our special system management subscriptions and/or Cloud workplace subscriptions for the business market. This gives you access to a special fault number which is available outside office hours. Through this fault number you can report faults outside office hours. Our engineer on duty will immediately pick up the report and initially try to remedy the malfunction remotely. Should this not be possible, the appropriate next steps will be determined in consultation with you.
